Travel Consultant – GIT at Call Centre



  • Handle customer enquiries and bookings at Call Centre
  • Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
  • Shift duty including Sat/Sun/public holidays is required




  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably with professional training in travel related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in travel industry, preferably in group tour sales
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with ticketing and airline system
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
