Manager - Human Resources



  • Work closely with various departments on staffing needs and provide effective recruitment services.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment & selection process from formulation of job descriptions, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to onboarding.
  • Support in identifying training needs, planning, organizing and implementing staff in-house and external training activities.
  • Assist management team to prepare for training and development program in meeting the Company’s business needs.
  • Responsible in organizing and managing trainee development programs.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies in compliance with the Group’s requirements and legal regulations.
  • Support on HR issues, reports, systems and projects.
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and support for other related ad hoc assignments.



  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in HRM with solid experience in recruitment and training
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability
  • Proactive team player with good communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
