Human Resources Officer / Assistant Manager



  • Support full cycle of recruitment & selection process from sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to onboarding
  • Handle HR administration duties including HR data updating, conduct analysis, MPF administration and HR record generation and management
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and practices and ensure they are in compliance with the Group’s requirements and legal regulations
  • Support in company secretarial duties such as license renewal, directors reports, meeting agenda/minutes and presentation materials
  • Assist in coordination of staff training and development programs
  • Assist in organizing company’s activities and staff recreation events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as and when assigned



  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year’s HR experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet multiple deadlines
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Excel
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Applicant with more HR experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
