Assistant Manager – Sales & Client Service



  • Identify and explore business opportunities with corporate clients
  • New business development while maintaining existing clients
  • Prepare sales proposals and conduct sales presentation to promote our services and products
  • Assist in negotiation with all vendors (mainly airlines and hotels) to achieve the best yield
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients
  • Handle clients’ complaints and enquiries in timely & professional manner



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years' corporate sales experience in servicing industries, preferably in hospitality / tourism related field
  • Outgoing with excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with track record in closing deals
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • PC literacy on Windows applications
  • Knowledge of online booking tools is an advantage
