Senior Travel Consultant – Business Travel



  • Provide full-range travel arrangement and consultancy services to corporate clients independently in an efficient and professional manner
  • Handle all itinerary planning tailored for corporate clients’ requirements by understanding their needs and proposing best alternatives in terms of pricing / routing
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage emergency enquiries according to the company’s guidelines




  • Higher diploma or above, preferably in Travel / Tourism Management
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in handling business travel with corporate clients
  • Familiar with GDS system and proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer focus with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good problem solving, planning and organizing skills and attentive to details
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Travel Consultant
